First name, surname and email address are used to process guide requests. Additional project details help us prepare our conversation. If you request a callback, a telephone number and your availability are needed to arrange a time. The project description is optional.

Separate purposes

Project enquiries are processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request and prepare our conversation. The address supplied for the guide is used to deliver it, following your voluntary request; it is not automatically used for further marketing. No advice campaign subscription is activated through this journey. The guide form only triggers delivery. Any future subscription to advice must be a separate choice.

Recipients and retention

Information is intended for the ORIZON team handling your request. Formspree receives form submissions. Netlify hosts the website. Data is not sold. Systeme.io records the contact details supplied with a guide request. The download is offered directly on the website after form validation; this journey does not trigger an advice campaign. Providers may process data outside the European Union under their contractual terms and safeguards; consult the policies of Systeme.io, Formspree and Netlify.

Enquiries are retained while they are processed and for relevant follow-up. For authorised marketing, the planned maximum period is three years from your last contact, unless you withdraw consent earlier. Contractual documents are subject to their own retention requirements.

Your rights

To request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, or to object to processing, contact norman.d@orizon-signature.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Analytics and cookies

No advertising pixel or audience analytics tool has been added in this version. Campaign parameters in the URL may accompany your form to identify the source of the enquiry. Hosting access features and form services are also governed by their own policies.
