Clear information about the data needed for our exchanges and how it is handled.
When you use a form, Orizon may receive your first and last name, email address, role, town, information about your garden and the choices you provide. To access a Notebook, the services catalogue or a villa garden guide, only the information needed to deliver the document and follow up your request is collected.
This data allows us to answer your enquiry, prepare a first conversation and send the requested documents. For the villa guide, the download is available after the request has been recorded. The optional choice to receive advice and offers is recorded separately, together with its date and the wording shown. Declining this option does not prevent access to the guide. Orizon news is sent only if you have given your consent; you may unsubscribe at any time.
Information is intended for Orizon and for service providers strictly necessary to operate the website and its forms, including Netlify, Formspree and Systeme.io (for villa guide delivery and opted-in advice). It is not sold. It is kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any relationship arising from it, then deleted when no longer necessary.
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to norman.d@orizon-signature.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL, if you believe your rights have not been respected.
The website does not use advertising cookies. Technical elements may be used by the hosting provider or form processor to ensure the security and proper operation of the service.
